Privacy policy

Last updated 16 October 2026

Nexifii LLC (“Nexifii”, “we”) makes Adbake, software that agencies and brands use to run advertising and marketplace listings across ad platforms. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. Questions go to founder@nexifii.com.

For your Adbake account and this website, we decide how data is used (we are the controller). For the data an agency or brand connects or enters about its own business and its clients, we act on that customer’s instructions (we are their processor or service provider).

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, work email, password (stored only as a hash by our sign-in provider), the authenticator app you add for two-step sign-in, your workspace, role and the invitations you send.
  • Data from the accounts you connect: when you connect an Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central or Amazon Ads account (and, later, other ad platforms), we receive through the platform’s official API: advertising performance (impressions, clicks, spend, sales and orders by campaign, ad group, keyword or target, search term and placement), campaign settings, the content of your product listings, and sales and traffic totals for your products.
  • No buyer data: we do not ask for, receive or store the names, addresses, emails or phone numbers of anyone who buys from you, or order-level reports. We never request the platform permissions that expose them.
  • Access tokens that a platform issues when you connect an account. We keep them encrypted and use them only to call that platform for you.
  • What you create in Adbake: targets, budgets, guardrails, rules, dashboards, notes and approvals, and a log of every change made by people, agents, rules and chat.
  • Ask Adbake: the questions you ask the assistant and its answers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages requested and errors, in server logs that keep the service secure and working.
  • Messages you send us: your name, email address and what you write, when you email us about Adbake or support.
  • Early-access requests: your name, work email, company, whether you’re an agency or a brand, how many clients you manage and anything you add, when you ask for early access on our website. We use them only to reply to you about Adbake.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the service needs: the ones that keep you signed in, and five that remember your view: theme, table density, whether single-key shortcuts are on, whether the Ask Adbake panel is open, and the last client you opened. We use no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

  • To provide Adbake: show performance, run the rules and agents you turn on, and make the changes you approve, or that autopilot makes inside the guardrails you set.
  • To send the emails you ask for or need: sign-in and invitations, alerts about connections, and reports you schedule.
  • To keep the service and your accounts secure: sign-in, two-step verification, abuse prevention and investigating problems.
  • To support you, and to improve Adbake using aggregated usage that does not identify you.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Data from a seller’s or vendor’s Amazon account is used only to provide Adbake to that seller or vendor, or to the agency working for them. It is never shown to other customers, never combined to benefit another seller, and never sold. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiles.

AI features

Adbake uses AI models (Claude, by Anthropic) to explain suggested changes, draft listing copy and answer questions in Ask Adbake. We send the model only the advertising, listing and account data a task needs, never buyer data. Our AI provider processes it under commercial terms that do not allow it to train models on that data. AI never sets bids or budgets, and every change it proposes waits for your confirmation.

Legal bases (EEA and UK)

We process personal data to perform our contract with you or your organisation, for our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service, to meet legal obligations, and with your consent where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run parts of Adbake for us, under contracts that limit them to our instructions:
    • Supabase: Database, sign-in and file storage (Mumbai, India, during early access)
    • Amazon Web Services: Hosting for the website, web app, API and advertising data (Mumbai, India, during early access)
    • Anthropic: AI features (Claude) (United States)
    • Sentry: Error monitoring (United States)
  • The platforms you connect, when Adbake sends them a change you approved, such as a new bid or an updated listing.
  • People in your workspace, according to their role, and the client portal your agency chooses to share.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, and a buyer of our business, who would be bound by this policy.

Where data is stored

During early access, Adbake stores data in India (Mumbai region), with Amazon Web Services and Supabase. We’ll update this policy before we move it. When we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum. A data processing agreement is available on request.

How long we keep it

  • Account and workspace data: while your workspace is open.
  • Removed clients and closed workspaces: platform access tokens are deleted at once, and the rest of the data within 30 days. You can also withdraw access from the platform, for Amazon under Manage Your Apps in Seller Central.
  • Security logs: 12 months.
  • Early-access requests: until you ask us to delete them, or 12 months after the request if you don’t become a customer.
  • Backups: overwritten on their normal cycle, within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, workspaces are separated inside the database, and owners and admins must use two-step sign-in. More on our security page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to or restrict how we use it. California residents can ask what we collect and ask us to delete or correct it; we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising. Write to founder@nexifii.com; we answer within 30 days and do not treat you differently for asking. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

If your data reached Adbake through an agency or brand that uses it, contact them first; we will help them answer you.

Children

Adbake is a service for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

When we change this policy in a way that matters, we tell workspace owners by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
